What Causes A Recurring Single,flat And Round Spot On The Penis Head?

Hi, I have a reccuring single, flat, round, shiny spot on head of penis, no bigger than a mm in diameter. My penis tends to smell with this and Ive cured it in the past with thrush cream, but it doesnt look like thrush and its recurring. What could it be?
