What Causes A Red Circle In The Neck?

Hi I noticed a red full circle on my neck this morning. It has a tint of light yellow in the middle. It does not itch and it is not sore. It looks as if someone burnt me with a cigarette but in reality they didn't. It is a centimeter in width and length. I know it is not ring worm because it's only one full circle.
