What Causes A Red Lump Near The Vagina?

hello i am 13 and i dont have sex and i found a white red bump near my vagina i would like to know what to do, im nervous & kind of uncomfortable to go see a doctor cause i dont know exactly how to shave down there what do i do, havent talked to my parents about it either
