What Causes A Red Rash On The Chest?

i had sex 2 weeks ago with a stripper while i was on a stag. i used a condom and the day after took a three day antibiotic course. 2 days later after getting home a red rash appeared on my chest and has been there for 10 days do you have any suggestions of what this may be?
