What Causes A Red Spot On The Breast?

I have a red spot on my left breast about 1 inch away from the aeola. I noticed this about 5 days ago. It is about the size of a dime, not itchy, scaly. I noticed this morning a very small red dot about 1 inch aways from this other one. This one is about the size of a freckle. No other symptoms, no pain. What could this be? I am 41 years old.
