What Causes A Red Swollen Bump On Arm With Clear Fluid Around It?

my son has light red Knot on his arm it sticks out and appears swollen it looks like a sore or scrape but i know something bit him. a lil bit of clear fluid is around the area wear it looks like a scab will form cause he been scratching at it what do u think it could be
