What Causes A Reddish Spot On My Penis With White Discharge?

hi! i hav some kinda infection at d tip of my penis when i roll back my foreskin thers z lil reddish spot which z very tiny one and at times it luks as if some kinda puss is there and than there is some kinda papery dirt which covers the penis below the fore skin which was not to be seen before.



Can u suggest me what it could be since i m a lilltle worried.
