What Causes A Right Sided Pain Radiating Pain From Lower Back To Abdomen?

Thank you. From Friday I ve had pain in my back right hand side now it s travelled into stomach/womb and back. I know it s not kidney infection as no pain passing urine. Could it be infection? I ve normal periods but had a very heavy clot period this week for 3 days but finished Friday. could this be linked
