What Causes A Round Itchy Rash On The Pelvis?

I have a round itchy rash on my pelvis- it looks like a ring with red spots with a lightly red centre. I had this now for a week- but the color of the ring diluted a bit. Could anyone give me advise on what it might be? And how I could treat it? regards
