What Causes A Scab On My Penis Head After Urinating In Woods?

I went 4 wheeling this weekend with my friend in the woods. I stopped and pulled over to take a pee, and when i got home to pee again i saw on my penis something that looked like a bug bite but now it has a scab over the top of it and idk what it is, its not spreading or anything and i havent had sex
