What Causes A Sensation Of Biting & Itching On The Scalp?

Hi Dotor i have some problem like byting and itching on my head skin and i can feel like the bone of my head is melting or eating i can see the gap from where is bone is biten and even near intestine like i have no muscle in that area some time eatching and some time byting very hard Doctor says nothiing they give some medecine and let me go i am not satisfied some time i cry of pain when it byte to me my age is 32 kindly help thanks
