What Causes A Sensation Of Blockage In The Throat?

ait feels like something is in my lower throut

ive been hacking up alot of mucus

and ive stoped smoking

and checked for a lump AND NO lump in my throat so i guess that rules out throut cancer

i dont know if its alot of mucus or some food particle or something its starting to scare me cause im having anxiety attacks again im going to have to go back to mental heatlh or something

my thourt doesnt hurt it just feels like something in the inside of my lower neck and its bothering me

is it thourt cancer? or what

and i can feel my heart beating
