What Causes A Sensitive Palate Which Bruises Easily?

I have a very sensitive palate which bruises easily and the membrane sort of peels out.Very sore when eating.I am diebetic taking 500mg metformin b/d and plavix/ecootrin and zoco 10mg all for my cad and have a stent placement.The palate problems are becoming regular and uncomfortable.generally i bruise easily and leads to severe blood clots.My blood tests for clotting were fine.
