What Causes A Sharp Headache Immediately After Sneezing?

Recently, whenever I sneeze i get a sharp headache immediately afterwards on the right side of my head that lasts a few minutes. I also have recently been seeing small spots in my vision that are sometimes blue and sometimes bright light. These spots are unrelated to the sneezing. I got a concussion about a month ago and I have a history of migraines and auras. Are these new symptoms something I should worry about?
