What Causes A Sharp Pain At The Bottom Of The Rib Cage?

Hello, I was woken up in the middle of the night with a sharp pain at the bottom of my rib cage, directly in the middle. The pain worsens when I breathe in deeply and is very sore to touch. I suffer from coeliac disease and so wonder if this could have anything to do with it, though I haven t eaten anything with gluten in it for a long time. The pain also worsens on bending. Is there anything I can do to alleviate the pain? Many thanks in advance.
