What Causes A Sharp Pain Which Begins In The Navel & Radiates To The Penis?

hi i am getting a strong sharp pain that seems to go from my belly button to the head of my penis if i crunch over it doesnt hurt i havent been lifting weights or doing anything strenuas this happens mabe onces a month for the last 10 years since i was 11 i certainly dont have a std and would really like some help
