What Causes A Skin Rash On Body Along With Itching?

I got this rash that looks like coin.Its been on for 4 weeks and when some part seems healing, it starts on the other part of my body. Is it Nummular Eczema? I noticed it started when i started using perfume with strong odour. i have been using moisturizer cream on it and that soothes the itching. Can u please help diagnose this rash
