What Causes A Small Bump On The Breast?

Hi, I found a small bump on my breast, I went to my doctor and she said that it looked like a hair bump. I wanted to know should I get a second opinion, could it be a symptom of inflammatory breast cancer. I am 29 African American female (no smoking, no drinking no drugs)
