What Causes A Small Soft Pimple And Diarrhea After Taking Amoxicillin?

Do I have a hernia or is it something else? It's small and soft like a pimple. I have not exercised for pat week. I did have diarrhea 4 times today because I had taken amoxicillin antibiotics which cause diarrhea as side effect. I take these antibiotics because I had my wisdom teeth removed a week ago from today.
