What Causes A Smelly Discharge From Vagina?

for two months i have been having a constant discharge from vagina that feels like i am peeing but its like a puddle of nasty smelling discharge. i hafe to wear a pad everyday because i don't know when this puddle of disharge is going to go shooting out my vagina. sometimes my vagina itches uncontrollably and the outside get dry and rough feeling but i will stick my finger on the inside a little bit and its wet. im constantly wet. and the smell is constantly horrible but when i have the shooting out puddles of discharge that feels like im peeing it smells 20 times worse.
