What Causes A Soft Spot In Head With Constant Tiredness?

I have discover a soft spot upfront of my head and also suffering from headache always with tiredness and sometimes more of yawning. I would like to check weather this is a migraine or is this because of this spot? because most of the time i feel pain while touching on the soft spot.
