What Causes A Sore Throat, Sickness, Face Whitening And Shaking?

i had a sore throat on the left hand side overnight last night and in the morning i got up and felt a relief all of a sudden on my throat then i swallowed the pain had gone, but i felt sick, my face went white and i felt a little shaky this lasted a few minutes then i felt ok again, i now have a sore throat on the right hand side tonight, is this something to worry about?
