What Causes A Spot On Back Of The Scalp?

Hello Doctor,

I have a spot on the back side of my scalp of my head, where my head rests on the pillow if I sleep looking into the sky. That spot is having a small bump inside the skin and it's itching all the time. The scalp is clean and no dandruff around. What can be the reason? How can I get rid of it? What is the treatment for this?
