What Causes A Stuck Sensation In The Throat?

I feel like I have something stuck on the side of my throat. Been there a month. Seems a little bigger than a month ago. Keep trying to clear my throat. Feel like have swallowed a vitamin and it is stuck. What could it be? Sensation is below voice box, above supra-sternal notch.
