What Causes A Swollen Lymph Node Near My Jaw?

I have a swollen lymoh node near my jaw, I just noticed it. I went to my I went to my family doctor and she took blood, She said that nothing in my bloodwork gave reason as to why it be would be swollen, However my blood sugar was 123. I was told the normal range was 70-90. I am wondering if I should see a specialist to check out my lymph node. I am 31 year old female about 121lbs and 5'2.
