What Causes A Tear Between The Skin Of Vagina And Anus During Intercourse?

Hi I had sex 2 weeks ago with a guy who was bigger than I m used to and at one point i felt a tear in the skin area separating my vagina and anus. Today I had unprotected sex and at one point when he put it in I felt the absolute worse pain like someone stabbed me down there. I just took a photo of my vagina and I have a big bloody tear in that skin. It hurts when I pee and when I wipe if I touch it, it s just highly painful. I don t know what to do. I don t have a gynecologist yet, but I m looking right now to get it checked out.
