What Causes A Throbbing Pain Radiating From Palm To Neck?

age 66 female; awoke suddenly last night with throbbing pain in heel of rt hand, pain up through shoulder into rt neck, rt side of head to scalp. Icing didn't help, so finally took 2 extra-strength Tylenol, which eased pain. Could it be a TSA? Rt side still feels tingly & sore after 16 hours or so, & I'm quite clumsy also.
