What Causes A Tickle In My Throat?

had tickle in my throat for abount 2 years doctor has given me 5 lots of different antibiotics over last 7 months. people staring to comment and making my life misserable as dont like to socialise incase in starts in company as its very loud when i cough and lots of times im sick. starting to worry now thinking its cancer or polips please help
