What Causes A Tingling Sensation On Clitoris ?

I have had this tingling sensation on my clitoris for a few days now. Thought it was uti but its getting worse keeping me up at night. Whenever I go to urinate it feels like I'mhaving an orgasim then its very uuncomfortable afterwards. My abdomen is starting to hurt as well. My cycle just started and Ifeel as if pads and tampons are iirritating it making it worse. What do Ido?
