What Causes A Transparent Penile Discharge During Foreplay?

Hi there Doctors, how are you? :) I have a question for you. I`m 25 yrs, male, and would like to know what is that slimy stuff that is coming out of my penis, during the forplay? Is it something to be worried about? I`m not promiscuous. The discharge is transparent, like water. Any idea?
