What Causes A Twinge On The Left Side?

Hi there. Am tired all the time stressed with everything going on with life at the moment. Now have a twinge in my left side, thout that might be kidney related, let you decide that. Dizzy spells and my eyes, get tired as well and keep walking into things as well as constantly letting things fall to the floor.
