64 y.o. male in good health. Twitching, tingling or spasm in fossa or concha portion of left ear. Feels like something is crawling around the area but assure there is nothing foreign there. Comes & goes. No trauma or injury to ear. Doesn t coincide with heartbeat or pulse. No earache; not that deep.
