What Causes A Vertical Line From The Chest Downwards?

my daughter has a vertical line from chest down, that makes one side of her tummy darker than the other...its a perfect separation from dark to light. I also noticed she is developing armpit hair but mainly only under one armpit.....what is the deal , please help!
