What Causes A Warm Sensation In My Left Buttock When Sitting, Given My Diabetes, Neuropathy, And Current Use Of Ibuprofen And Gabapentin?

I have a warm sensation on my left butt cheek when I sit down. It does not hurt but feels like I’m sitting on a warm heating pad. My right butt cheek is fine. I am a type 2 diabetic, have high blood pressure and high cholesterol and neuropathy. I have been taking ibuprofen along with gabapentin for inflammation.
