What Causes A Wart On The Side Of The Breast?

I'm Hepsiba Samuel,35 years married without children. My mum was diagnosed with breast cancer 5 years ago but has recovered. I have a wart on the side of my right breast which my clothing and arm touch. It is uneasy and my armpit is hot . Is this a sign of cancer? Should I get a mamograph done?
