What Causes A Weird Smell In The Nose?

I ve been experiencing a smell in my nose like car exhaust all day at work.....None of my co-workers can smell it....But sometimes the air intake from the roof, located where the helipad to our hospital is, brings in a JP8 smell....I was the only one who smelled it. Came home from work, took a shower, and now in bed...I still smell it! It s very distracting. Usually, if I am exposed to exhaust for any length of time...whether jetfuel, diesel, or heavy traffic, the smell would give me a low grade headache. I have no associated headache. The only concurrent health change is that today my period began early.
