What Causes A Whispering Sound In The Ear?

Hi,Doctor,,I am a G.P working in K.S.A.I would like to ask you that i developed whispering sound in my ear just before 6 days & consulted an E.N.T he gave me mangement for A.OTITIS MEDIA,,,but i have no pain,,the other E.N.T specIlist told me u have just Labyrinthtis and he gave me BETAHISTADINE-8mg tid and CETRIZINE-10mg bt,,but my Tinnitus is still thr,and he also advised me it will take 10 days to subside.Kindly advise me what further management should i go for as i am getting anxiety and somewhat panicy..Please advise me.
