What Causes A White Bump On The Inside Of Bottom Lip?

Hi I kissed someone with both strains of the herpes simplex virus, I haven't had any symptoms and I feel fine except I have back pains and a small white bump on the inside of my bottom lip. It hurts to touch the bump and it's red around it. Do you have any idea what it might be?
