What Causes A White Crust On The Penis Head?

i have a question about my penis. i shower every day but every day right before i go in the shower i pee first. But what bothers me is that every time i peel my penis back there is this white crust on some parts of my penis head. can you explain to me what it is and how do i permanently remove it?
