What Causes A White Film At The Base Of The Penis Head?

I am 33 and not circumsized. When I retract my foreskin I noticed a white film around the base of my penis head. I can simply wipe it with a rag, tissue or finger tip and it goes away. But it reoccurs everyday after my shower. I jave read it could be thursh or yeast infection. Can you tell me or suggest what it is or might be and how I can take care of it.



This is not the first time this has happened but most times it goes away after a few days or a week.
