What Causes A White Lump At The Opening Of The Vagina?

i have a white bump by my vagina opening , i thought it was a white head but its white stuff hanging out that looks like when you pop a black head. well i kep trying to push it to see if it would push out but it just starts to bleed . im scared and dont know what it is !
