What Causes A White Patch Between The Toes?

I am a 59 year old white male. I am 6' 1'' tall and weigh 215 lbs. I currently take blood pressure medication. I was washing my feet recently when I noticed a flat white patch about the diameter of a very small pea between my fourth and fifth toes of my right foot. It does not itch and it does not have any other shades in it, except that it seems that you can see some tiny blood vessels through it.
