What Causes A Yellow Spot On The Breast?

Hi doctor. I'm 16 and few weeks ago I noticed a yellow spot on my right breast, then it dissapeard and now I've 2 yellow spots again. I didn't hurt myself or anything. And it doesn't hurt either. But I'm scared i might be cancer. What do you think doctor? Thanks
