What Causes Abdomen And Lower Back Pain At Night Time?

For the past two months, I have abdomen and lower back aches throughout the month that feel similar to menstrual cramping but are all month long. I notice this more at night, while lying in bed. I have also been fighting a cold and often can t control urination during coughing. Just wondering if this could be something serious.
