What Causes Abdomen Pain With Blisters On Vulva?

I am 29yrs a female, Am having pains in my abdomen and sometime a boil filled with yellow liquid appear on my vulva and around my vagina and at times itching me, in addition blister around my anus filled with liquid, i went 4 a medical checkup and the doctor asked me some questions which include did you feel pains during deep trust i said yes, do you discharge i said yes and i often feels headached she then did a swap test 4 me and it turn nagetive but that my blood count is 0.6 instead of 1 pls doctor help me because the last time i had sex was so painful.
