What Causes Abdomen Pains And Constipation After A C Section?

ever since I had my c-section back on January 29th 2008, I have had so much stomach pains, and constipation which can last up to three weeks, then when I finnaly go its horrible, and sometimes I can bleed, its always in my left side lower area, i went to the er today and they gave me pain meds, and said they didnt know what was causing the pain, I have been to a gi, and have had a colonoscpy and they said everything was normal, can you tell me anything
