What Causes Abdominal And Back Pain Along With Lightheadedness?

I'm having severe back and abdominal pains. Had worsened over the last few weeks. Had a car wreck about 2 years ago when my back was adgrevated more. I have arthritis in my back. But this pain is not near that area. I get nauseated and light headed. Can barely walk. Oh yes my back is totally inflamed. I take 3 different anti inflammation meds. Help
