What Causes Abdominal And Back Pain?

I recently had a complete hysterectomy. I almost tore my anchor sutures. I am now experiencing abdominal pain, back pain, and a new symptom as of yesterday a large "explosion" like diagram of veins on my back and they are reallly red, and it is sore, do I need to get medical attention right away or do I ignore it?
