What Causes Abdominal And Chest Pain Post Intake Of Ibuprofen?

I have been experiencing heart burn and nausea all day. I then started having a severe headache so I took four ibuprofen to help the pain. About two hours later, I started experiencing really bad stomach pains and about an hour after that some back and chest pains, but they are not severe. Should I be worried?
