What Causes Abdominal And Lower Back Pain With Vaginal Discharge?

i think i have ovarian cancer .i did a blood test it says i have vitamin d deficiency but i get a lot of pelvic pain both sides and lower back i feel sick after i eat or i get gas and burp i have discharge and i think the pain travels what is it i have got?
